I am in love with the Window Box Thinlit so I have a few more things to share. These are three cards I made for my stamping demonstration this past Saturday to show you that you don't have to use the thinlits to JUST make boxes.
For the card on the top left, you place your square cut-out candle die on the card and run through the Big Shot to get your image. Then layer cardstock (or DSP) behind the cut out image. I used the scallop piece cut out as the candle holder. I also used Wink of Stella on the flames.
For the pastel card, cut-out your large hexagon image on the top layer of the card. Then sponge on whatever colors you would like to show through on the card base. Adhere together and embellish.
For the butterfly card, cut out your hexagon shape on black card stock, then cut that piece out with a circle image (here I used the new Stitched Circle Framelits).
The next several posts, I will show you some great cards we made at our meeting and also some swaps I received to give you lots of ideas.
