MONDAY

Today I am sharing a new, fun Brusho technique.  I was demonstrating the Brusho at our stamp fest and found a new way to use Brusho on Pinterest using Bubble Wrap. All you do is sprinkle Brusho onto your Bubble Wrap, spritz with water, lay your card stock on top of the Bubble Wrap, lay a scrap piece of paper on top of it all and rub.  Lift up your card stock and see the surprising result.  So much fun and you never know what you are going to get.  Watch a video here to see it done.  If you already know the basics about Brusho, you can fast forward to the actual "doing" part to see how it works. Thanks to Christine Dam for the idea and the video.

Here are a couple of my background pieces before mounting onto card stock:
You can use all the colors or just a couple to get different effects.

Here are 2 of the cards I made with other backgrounds:

I used Shimmery White Card stock for all of my samples.  What amazed me was how many different Stampin' Up colors actually coordinated with the Brusho colors when completed.  That is one of the reasons I made the "celebrate" card like I did - so that you could see all the different colors I used to coordinate with the "dots" - Tranquil Tide, Crushed Curry, Lemon-Lime Twist, and Island Indigo - WOW!

I hope you will have time to play with this technique.  It is lots of fun and is not quite as messy as some of the other techniques.
