Didn't get around to posting yesterday, so I will post today. This is a card I made for our stamp fest on March 10th. I colored with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen for this sample, but I had to made 9 completed cards for the helpers and I used Stampin' Blends for coloring on theirs. Both are nice, the Blends are brighter.
Supplies:
Flying Home stamp set (pg 41 of Occasions Catty); Amazing Congratulations stamp set (pg 51 of Occasions Catty; Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Vanilla, Old Olive card stock; leaf stamp from Painted Harvest stamp set and matching Leaf Punch; Woodgrain DSP; Bermuda Bay FREE SAB ribbon; Dimensionals; Layering Ovals Framelits; Momento or Archival Black ink, Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive inks.
At the stamp fest we will be using my new Stamparatus. I'm so excited that mine will be coming next week. There were a couple of windows of time to order these early so that is what a did. They are now being shipped. These awesome tools will be available for everyone in the new catalog coming out in June. I know there are other stamp placing tools out there, but the one from Stampin' Up has some great features. You can watch the video here from Stampin' Up to see what all the hype is about. There are also some other you tube videos out there that show some tips for using the tool. You might want to watch them also. Can't wait to get mine. Put it on your wish list come June.
